The BalticGrid-II Summer School was be held at the Molėtai astronomical observatory of ITPA VU, Lithuania, from June 29 to July 3. The summer school covered 5 days of the lectures and practical work. The main objectives of the BalticGrid-II Summer School were to educate the end users in the field of the Grid computing in the Baltic region and Belarus. The school brought together scientists from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia,
Belarus and spread information about Grid possibilities and opportunities in the region. Read more about the event in school report (PDF).

 First All-Hands meeting was held in Minsk, Belarus.
